This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for products and services purchased from MyNameCraft (Renurekha Innoventures Pvt. Ltd.). All payments are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Domain registrations are generally non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the registry, as the registration fee is paid to the registry and cannot be reversed. If a domain fails to register due to a technical error on our part, a full refund is issued. Domain renewals and transfers are non-refundable.
Shared and WordPress hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee — a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for unused full months, subject to review. Any domain registered free with a hosting plan is non-refundable (its registration cost is deducted from the refund).
Email plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for email services as mailboxes may have been actively used. Google Workspace is subject to Google's terms and is non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.
SSL certificates are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the certificate has not yet been issued. Once a certificate is issued by the certificate authority, refunds are not available.
Self-managed and configured server products (VPS, Cloud, Dedicated and Reseller hosting) are eligible for a refund only if cancelled within 48 hours of provisioning and where no significant resource usage or setup cost has been incurred. Setup fees, software licences (e.g. cPanel/WHM/Plesk, Windows) and any IP or migration charges are non-refundable.
These services are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used (for example, a malware clean-up performed or backups restored).
You may cancel any subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future renewals; your service continues until the end of the current paid term and is not pro-rata refunded for the remaining period unless stated above. Where auto-renewal is enabled, we send renewal reminders before the renewal date — to avoid being charged, please cancel or disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
To request a refund or cancel a service, email our billing team at billing@mynamecraft.com, call +91 60268 00429, or open a ticket from your dashboard. Please include your order number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method; the time for funds to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.
For GST-registered transactions, eligible refunds include the GST component, and a credit note is issued in accordance with applicable Indian GST regulations.
