By accessing or using MyNameCraft services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Renurekha Innoventures Private Limited.
MyNameCraft provides domain registration and transfer, web hosting (shared, reseller, VPS, cloud and dedicated), business email and Google Workspace, SSL certificates, website security (SiteLock) and website backup. All services are subject to availability and are provided on a subscription or one-time purchase basis as indicated during checkout. Some services are delivered in partnership with our upstream providers and are subject to their applicable terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST at 18%. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay; we do not store your full card or banking details on our servers. We issue GST-compliant invoices for all transactions, and renewal fees are charged at the then-current rate. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and delivery of services is described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities, spam, phishing, distribution of malware, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.
MyNameCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
