Digital Products — No Physical Shipping

MyNameCraft (Renurekha Innoventures Pvt. Ltd.) sells only digital products and services — domain names, web hosting, business email, SSL certificates, website security and backups. No physical goods are shipped. All services are delivered electronically through your MyNameCraft account and by email.

Delivery Method

After your payment is successfully confirmed, your service is provisioned to your account automatically (or, for configured/enterprise products, by our team). You will receive a confirmation email with access details, and the service will appear in your dashboard under the relevant section.

Typical Activation Timelines

• Domain Registration: usually within 5–15 minutes of payment; country-code domains (e.g. .in) may take up to 30 minutes.
• Web Hosting (Shared / WordPress): typically within 15–60 minutes; login and DNS details are emailed on activation.
• Business Email & Google Workspace: account provisioned within a few minutes to a few hours; mailboxes are usable once DNS records propagate (typically 30 minutes–4 hours).
• SSL Certificates: Domain-Validated (DV) certificates are usually issued within minutes of validation; Organization (OV) and Extended (EV) Validation certificates are issued in 1–5 business days after verification.
• SiteLock / Website Backup: activated within a few minutes to a few hours of payment confirmation.
• VPS, Cloud, Dedicated & Reseller Hosting: provisioned within a few hours to 72 hours depending on the configuration; timelines are confirmed on your order or quote.

Activation can occasionally take longer due to registry/vendor processing, domain validation or DNS propagation, which are outside our direct control. We will keep you informed if any order needs additional time.

Delivery Confirmation & Issues

A confirmation and a GST-compliant invoice are emailed to the address on your account for every successful order.
